If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please contact our Support Center for RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened. we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.

30 Days Money Back Guarantee
We have 30 days money-back guarantee on all our products from the date you received it with acceptable reason. If for whatever reason you do not want your item, or we sent wrong/defective items, you may also contact us for a return and refund. You should return the item to us, Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened. In that case, after we receive the returned items, we will refund you the payment excluding actual shipping fees already incurred. Please be attention that returned parcel would have clearance risks and related fees when arrives in China. If so, we have to deduct the fees from the cost of your goods. Hope you can understand.

We strongly suggested that testing the screen first before installation. If it doesn’t work, please contact us at the very first time. Please be noted that we won’t be responsible for any damage caused by your improper installation.

For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. After this the refund time will depend on the payment method.

1. Wallet refunds will take up to 24 hours to process and appear in your account center.
2. PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
3. Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.

Product Quality Checking
Each item has been tested to make sure work well before shipping. Once your order has been received, please check the package at the very first time and all items and make sure whether they can work well. If there is something wrong, please take photos of both defective, broken or missing items and 3rd copy for receiver of express waybill.

How to request return or exchange ?
We will do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are in their best conditions. If your product turns out to be defective, please provide us with the following proofs firstly:
Your order number;
Photos of the front and the back of the package or box;
Partial shipment slips (if applicable);
Photo or video of the defective item;
Photo or video and a detailed description of the problem;
(This clause does not include products of a category with specific warranty terms as well as damages caused by incorrect usage of a product.)  

Defective Items
Though we have an extensive testing before shipping, we can't 100% avoid this problem. After you receive your order, please test them first. If you receive any defective items, please contact us [email protected] ASAP with following information:

Generally, we will ship the replacement after we approve the problem. When you place your new order, please leave a message in order note to remind us of it, or you can contact us. Sometimes when the replacement is not available, we will ship your order first and leave the replacement sent to you with your next order. Items Missing from Package
We have the confidence that each order is proceed in a fast and correct way. Each order is inspected by at least 3 workers. We record the order, weight information. We take picture before shipping for some special orders. However, sometimes mistake occures, we are always sorry for such cases, we will work hard to make sure that you become a satisfied customer. Please don't throw away the package list attached in your parcel before you are sure that you have received all your items.
If one of your items is not listed in the package list, please send us a photo of the package list, we will response as soon as possible to make up for our mistake.

If there is a item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). We will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee when we receive it.

Important Notes
All customers should contact Customer Service for approval before sending anything to us before returning any item(s). We will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.  

Below are some further suggestions and important reminders:
1. Keep all the packaging materials and shipping notes, which may be necessary for processing your return request;
2. After mailing back the product, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt; if we can not receive this information, we will have to wait until when the product arrives in our warehouse.
3. Refunds will be arranged to the same payment method you used to place this order. All the intermediary handling fees and bank processing fees will be at the customer's expense;
4. You can refuse to sign for a package if you notice it is broken or open. Accepting a broken or damaged package can affect your return request;
5. If you want to avoid paying high import duties on the return package, please avoid selecting an express mail service like DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and similar ones;
6. We can arrange a refund or a replacement of the product after receiving the defective item;
7. Please place a note inside the return package by including the following details (this will accelerate your return request);
8. If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.

9. You are also liable for any import duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
